Sweet enough to kill you, Slowly!

Have you taken steps to reduce the amount if sugar in your diet? Many people have taken this vitally important step towards improved health and vitality. Many see huge benefits to removing sugar in just a few days! Some health benefits of removing this non food include, but are not limited to:

  • Reduced body weight
  • Reduced fatigue
  • Increased energy
  • Increased immunity
  • Improved skin quality
  • Reduced low back pain
  • Improved digestion
  • Increased mental focus

This sounds great right? However some get trapped by the myth that Sweetners are a good sugar substitute! They will have an illusion of a sweet taste and allow their body to prepare for something that never arrives… This causes a stress response for the body to constantly rebound against. This isn’t good news for health and vitality.

I personally advise not to touch artificial Sweetners in any way shape or form. Below is a recent study in regard to Sweetners, I hope it’s not to sour reading !

Be mindful Dr Diet is important for health and vitality, get it correct first time rather than constantly substitute with sickly stealth sickness causing chemicals. ☯️ #Yum #RealFoodRealHealth

  1. Most interesting I had concerns about sweeteners so recently stopped but do miss it, just wonder is it an addiction to sugar that is the root of our recent problems?

    1. Sugar addiction is a massive concern. As western a price found in his world wide research wherever there was an ingress of white refined sugar, or flour there was physical degeneration in the first generation. Avoiding the 4 White Devil’s is a great starting place. Sugar, Flour, “table” Salt, and Commercial Milk.

Eating Refined Sugar or using A refined source of glucose as a pick me up analogous to taking a shot of heroin! #SayAaaaah
