As the evenings draw in and the dark mornings become the norm, we often gravitate to warm drink such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate, horlicks or similar.
Here I share our WestbrookWellness winter warmer. It’s Anti Fungal Anti Parasitic, Anti Inflammatory evening drink, and great before bed. 5 mins to make and minimal washing up.
Ingredients are few and simple.
- Coconut milk.
- Goats milk
- Black Pepper
- Cinnamon stick
- Vanilla Pod
- Organic Local Honey
On the hob warm gently the coconut and goat milk. 3/4 coconut and 1/3 goat.
Grate in the Turmeric, Ginger and add a pinch of Black Pepper. Allow the Cinnamon stick and or Vanilla pod to enjoy some floating action.
Pop the honey in a cup to await the sieved drink.
Ingredients can be altered to suit taste
