Day 3 of the lead up to Spartathlon. A great summary of the day is that we took an easy paced coastal 14+ mile run followed up with some sand and down time for Ian.
I opted for some sea swimming action to close out a double day of triathlon training.
Ian is now reducing down ahead of race day on Friday with this being the last long run. Focus now turns towards Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep and Mindset.
