RACE NIGHT. Approach to 195.3km

This short flat stretch is still testing for the legs, recovering back into a rythm staying calm and focused can be really challenging at this late stage of the race. Fatigue really is wanting to get involved! Staying hungry, fueling sensibly and relentless forward motion is great to see from here on in.

Ian came through the previous CP looking superb! Once again another not so funny joke, a little banter and took on board vital supplies.

He has a little under 10km to reach the next crew CP at 60.

Currently sitting in the top 10 and 2nd GBR Athlete behind Alister Higgins.
