A successful Spartathlon event with Ian Hammett’s 6th place and the GB team having a 77% finishing rate well above the events Avg of 50% as well as assisting the medical tent with post event rehab has all now has come to end. I’m keen now to return back to all the regular committed folk who provide me with such inspiration day in day out.
Back to business from tomorrow onwards training, teaching, listening and learning.

Pilates sessions next week will draw focus on anterior and posterior sling systems.
