121 Coaching sessions may be booked following a Clinical Assessment.
A typical Full Clinical Assessment may include:
- Observation and measurement of your posture and Gait
- Core Function testing
- Body Composition and girth measurements
- Stress, Diet and Lifestyle questionnaires
- Musculoskeletal Assessment
- Soft or Deep tissue Massage, METs, Mobilisations, Taping, Stretching and/or Exercises.
Additional health metrics may be taken if required in the assessment such as Weight, Height, Blood Pressure, Lung Function, Cholesterol and more. All with a view to improve health, performance and restore your vitality.
