While you may be relaxing this weekend. One lady and her crazy crew decided to cycle from London to Paris! 🚲
Sam has been working hard building Cycling Endurance, enjoying, yes enjoying…. Slight Inclines 🤔 and of course Strength Training. All while working full time and parenting, Sam has done brilliantly well to squeeze all this in for a Charitable cause.
Today as you pop the Kettle on this afternoon Sam will be arriving in Paris having set off 2 days ago! 🚲🚲🚲 battling the high winds and some really tough beautiful scenery along the way, her and her sore bum would have made it. 🤗 ✔️
